About Estuary

There are places where people simply pass through, and there are places that invite them to stay awhile.

An estuary is where different waters meet—where rivers and oceans come together, creating a place of transition, renewal, and new life. We chose the name because it reflects the kind of space we hoped to create.

Estuary was born from a simple belief: healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through connection—with ourselves, with one another, and with the communities that hold us. We envisioned a place where people from different backgrounds, professions, identities, and lived experiences could gather in ways that feel authentic, restorative, and deeply human.

Whether someone comes here for a session, a support group, a creative workshop, a training, or a community gathering, our hope is that they experience something that is becoming increasingly rare—a place where they can exhale, feel welcomed, and show up exactly as they are.

Our environment reflects that intention. Warm instead of clinical. Thoughtfully designed instead of cookie-cutter. Grounded in the understanding that the spaces we inhabit can influence how safe, creative, connected, and open we feel.

We believe healing is strengthened by diversity, deepened through relationship, and made possible when people feel genuinely welcomed. Estuary exists to cultivate a space where individuals and communities of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, beliefs, and lived experiences can gather with curiosity, respect, and compassion.

Because collective healing begins when everyone has room to belong.

The Vision Behind Estuary

Estuary was created by two helping professionals who shared a vision for a different kind of space—one that values authenticity, creativity, connection, and belonging. While our individual paths and professions are unique, we came together around a common belief: the environments we create have the power to shape how people gather, grow, and heal.

Though we each lead our own professional practices, Estuary is where our shared vision comes to life—a place where community, collaboration, and collective healing can flourish.

We're honored to steward this space and look forward to welcoming everyone who becomes part of the Estuary community.
